Making your purchase easy
We have a wonderful range of products from our reknowned suppliers which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our quick and easy website. Please be assured Table Top Traders can guide you through the online buying experience and your security and privacy is very important to us.
Navigation Tips
- Home Page. You can return to our home page by clicking on the Table Top Traders Logo, which is on the top left hand side of each page.
- Menu Bar. The names on the menu bar to the left of the screen under the Table Top Traders logo are the different sections of our shop. Clicking on one of the names will provide you with a drop down menu with more categories within that section. By clicking on pone of the names you will go to a new page that contains all sections and products within it.
- Search Box. You can search for a product or brand name by using the search box on the top left of the screen. You can also use our search by brand index which is accessible from out home page.
- Your Basket. Click the ‘Basket’ link to see what you have in your basket, the quantity, title and sub total of any products.
Placing your Order
When you have found your ideal purchases and added them to your basket. Proceed to the Checkout process by clicking on the ‘Basket’ link. Alternatively you can go straight to the checkout to pay for your items and arrange delivery. You will be asked to set up a password to access your account.
- Simply enter your email address and password if you are already registered online with Table Top Traders.
- The order summary page will allow you to review and amend your order details.
- Make a note of any special requirements in the box provided and add any voucher code that you may have. Click ‘Continue’.
- You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you have any questions or need help please email our Customer Service or telephone 0800 78 344 78 between 9am and 9pm.
Payment Options
There are different ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, American Express and PayPal.
Track your order
Your order status can be tracked by clicking on ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page, sign in and then view orders.
- Order saved. Your order has not been processed
- Packing. Your order is being processed.
- Complete. Your order has left the warehouse
- Cancelled. Your order has been cancelled.
If your order has been partly delivered this may be because items are being dispatched from different locations. If you order is obviously incomplete or damaged or if you wish to amend or cancel your order please email or call Customer Services

About our delivery service
Our Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £200.00. and if your order is under that amount, you pay a flat carriage charge of just £5.95 per order.
- Each product page details the dispatch time. Most items are delivered Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
- Items from the same order may be sent from different locations and may arrive separately but there will be no additional delivery charges.
- A separate order form is required for items to be sent to different addresses. A delivery charge will be made for each address.
Change or cancel an order
If you need to change or cancel an order contact the Customer Services on 01305 839112 between 9am and 9pm 7 days-a-week, with your order number and the date the order was placed at hand.
If your purchases have already been delivered please follow our returns procedure.
Cancellation of made to order products.
In the event of wishing to cancel, it is unlikely that we could sell that item to another customer at full selling price. Our usual refund policy does not apply to these products and so they cannot be returned or exchanges unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected when goods are faulty or not as described. Please see our Terms and Conditions for your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
Returns procedure
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return it we will refund or exchange provided it is in fully resaleable. Returns must be notified to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt and the item should be returned within 28 days and in original undamaged packaging. It is essential that you email Customer Services prior to returning goods in order to ascertain the correct location as our items are sent from all over the UK. If a product is not returned in fully resaleable condition, is not in the original undamaged packaging or is not within 28 days from receipt we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please note once the item is received by us we will refund the purchaser or exchange the product. In the case of incorrect, faulty or damaged items a refund of the delivery charge will be given. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made to order items unless they are faulty.
Promotional Discounts
If you have a Table Top Traders voucher it is valid for use online or by telephone.

Phishing
Tricking someone into giving out their private and confidential information is called phishing.
Table Top Traders will never ask you to disclose personal details by email. If we need such information we will ask you to phone us for security reasons. Please do not respond to any emails requesting this kind of information claiming to be from Table Top Traders.
